We know our minds are capable of being unpredictable. Thoughts and feelings can prevent us from being fulfilled and happy. In many cases these thoughts can really bring us down and turn into deeper problems and affect us and those around us.

We are all very good at shrugging off life’s disappointments. Life events both large and small can affect us unknowingly and if unchecked can lead to resentment, lack of love and trust. Depression is a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest that has not been acknowledged and understood.

To understand ourselves, it can be very useful to spend time with a counsellor who can help us identify the cause of our unwanted feelings. A good counsellor will provide the tools to manage our way to happiness, clarity and fulfilment.
